Sons of Liberty Gun Works, Broadsword-89 Stripped Upper Receiver, Black

The Sons of Liberty Gun Works BROADSWORD-89 receiver takes what was loved about the BROADSWORD and makes the handguard lockup even more stout than before. With relief cuts on the face of the upper receiver, the BROADSWORD-89 upper seamlessly integrates with their entire line of M89/L89 handguards. This enhanced lockup reduces fail flex even further, so aggressive bipod and barricade loading will have the least impact on POI shift of any combination they’ve ever tested.

As before, the BROADSWORD receivers have a few notable features that standard forged receivers do not. The upper receiver is significantly reinforced along its entire profile to stiffen the interface between the barrel and mounted optics. The Forward Assist has been shifted forward so left handed manipulations of the charging handle have added clearance.

These billet receivers are compatible with standard forged lowers, as well as their accompanying billet Broadsword lowers.

Please note, with the ejection port rod being captured within the upper receiver now, the use of SOLGW’s knurled port door rod is prevented. Please use a traditional port door rod with these upper receivers.
