The Magpul CTR (Compact/Type Restricted) Mil-Spec Model is a drop-in replacement stock for AR15/M16 carbines that utilize mil-spec receiver extension tubes. Designed for lightweight and fast action, its streamlined A-frame profile prevents snagging and shields the release latch from accidental activation. The CTR features a supplemental friction lock system to reduce excess movement, improving weapon stability. It also includes an ambidextrous QD sling mount, compatible with any push-button sling swivel. The Mil-Spec Model comes with a 0.30″ rubber butt-pad, providing a secure shoulder grip to prevent slippage, even with body armor or gear.
