Forward Controls Design, GBF Gas Block, .750″

The Forward Controls Design GBF gas block, machined from heat-treated 4140 bar stock with a manganese phosphate coating, maintains tight tolerances for a secure seal. Its gas tube hole is a semi-blind design with a 3/32-inch access port, inspired by Semper Paratus Arms’ Will Larson, to minimize the hole size while allowing a punch to remove a carbon-fixed gas tube.

Bosses on both sides provide reference points for gunsmiths to pin the GBF to the barrel using 5/32×5/8 or 1/8×5/8 pins. The set screws, spaced 0.450 inches apart, match one of the spacing options on SLR Rifleworks’ 750 dimpling jig.

A gas tube pin and two knurled set screws are included.
